The name "MineAI" and the MineAI logo are trademarks of MineAI Technology. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of MineAI Technology.

MineMusic is a discovery and streaming interface. By using MineMusic, you agree:

• You will not use the Service to download or redistribute copyrighted material illegally.
• You acknowledge that we utilize third-party protocols (YouTube, Jamendo, Deezer) and you are bound by their respective Terms of Service when interacting with their content.
• All playlists and liked songs are for personal, non-commercial use only.

MineAI utilizes advanced artificial intelligence to generate responses. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased.
• You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any output.
• MineAI is not liable for any decisions made based on AI output.
• The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties of accuracy.

In no event shall MineAI, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
